Bienvenido a

Andrada C. Gacichevici Notary Public

We can save you time, stress and money by translating your documents into (or from) Spanish, before we notarise them ready to send to Spain. Furthermore, if you have been required to obtain FCDO Apostille, or further legalisation at the Spanish Consulate in London, we can assist you with the same.

If you are selling or purchasing a property in Spain but you cannot attend in person, you may wish to give a Power of Attorney (Poder) to a lawyer to deal with the transaction in Spain on your behalf. The Power of Attorney is executed in front of a Notary as a deed and is often produced in both Spanish and English. The Power of Attorney is often required to be in Public Form, meaning that the Notary has to be proficient in Spanish language to be allowed to deal with your matter as per the Notarial Practice Rules. We can notarise power of attorneys in both public and private form.

In order to get an accurate price quote, please email us a copy of the documents you need notarised. Prior appointment is required. If you are unable to come to our Birmingham office in person, we can come to you. We visit clients regularly within the West Midlands and London (at your office or home, as well as in an agreed public place). There will be a charge for travel depending on location, which will be added to the notarial fee.
