We can notarise powers of attorney (procuration) drafted in French by the French notaire in both private (sous seing privé) and public form (forme authentique).

If you are not able to attend signature meetings in France with a French notaire, we would be delighted to explain in full the relevant documentation so that you are fully informed of the contents. We can notarise your French power of attorney and legalise it for acceptance in France, Switzerland and Monaco. Furthermore, we can assist with obtaining for you the FCDO Apostille.

In order to get an accurate price quote, please email us a copy of the documents you need notarised. Prior appointment is required. If you are unable to come to our Birmingham office in person, we can come to you. We visit clients regularly within the West Midlands, London and Manchester (at your office or home, as well as in an agreed public place). There will be a charge for travel depending on location, which will be added to the notarial fee.
